Documents Show US Enemy ISIS & US Ally Saudi Arabia Prescribe Near-Identical Punishments For Crimes
InformationLiberation 2015-01-22
The Islamic State (IS) and Saudi Arabia prescribe near-identical punishments for a host of crimes, according to documents circulated by the militant group.
ISIS published a list of crimes and their punishments on 16 December 2014 to serve “as an explanation and as a warning” to those living in territory under their control in large parts of Iraq and Syria.
The document lists hadd crimes, which are considered to be “against the rights of God,” and includes fixed punishments for theft, adultery, slander and banditry.
Crimes deemed hadd and their punishments are derived from the Quran and the hadith, the collected teachings and sayings of the Prophet Muhammad. However, with the exception of Saudi Arabia, and
IS-controlled areas, they are rarely applied.
Both IS and Saudi Arabia have made headlines so far this year for handing out spectacular, and very public, punishments.

Remembering Saudi's King Abdullah:
"He Was Not a Benevolent Dictator, He Was a Dictator"

Publicerades den 23 jan. 2015 democracynow
- King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz of Saudi Arabia has died at the age of 90. Abdullah was one of the world's most powerful men and a key U.S. ally in the region, controlling a fifth of the known global petroleum reserves.
In a statement, President Obama praised Abdullah "as a force for stability and security in the Middle East and beyond." Many analysts accused Abdullah of turning the uprising in Syria into a proxy war with Iran. In 2010, WikiLeaks published U.S. diplomatic cables which identified Saudi Arabia as the world's largest source of funds for Islamist militant groups.

Abdullah also sent tanks to help squash pro-democracy uprisings in neighboring Bahrain. Saudi Arabia recently came under criticism for its treatment of imprisoned blogger Raif Badawi, who was sentenced to 10 years in prison and 1,000 lashes to be carried out at a rate of 50 per week for charges including insulting Islam.

Abdullah's half-brother, Crown Prince Salman, has now assumed the throne. We are joined by Toby Jones, director of Middle Eastern studies at Rutgers University and the author of "Desert Kingdom: How Oil and Water Forged Modern Saudi Arabia."

Wikileaks: US cables report that under King Abdullah, Saudi became "the most significant source of funding to Sunni terrorist groups worldwide."

The governments of the US, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Israel and the UK use Sunni Islamic Extremists as a Foreign Policy tool to destabilize the Middle East.

Have you ever noticed that the only terrorist attacks carried out in the West have been carried out by Wahhabi Sunni's (or the terrorists were motivated by Wahhabi Sunni hate preachers)? None of them have been Shias. Yet Iran is the enemy and Saudi Arabia and Qatar are "allies".

Wahhabism is the extremist form of Islam propagated and sponsored by Saudi Arabia and pursued by Al-Qaeda and ISIS.

Of course everything that is done is done to make money for the close cronies of the US government (irrespective of the fact that the policies pursued hurt the economies of the US and Europe).

  2. -Butcher, Soldier, King: The Truth About ISIS, Chris Kyle and The Saudi King-

    January 24, 2015 By 21wire

In the wake of recent psy ops news (in other words, news in general), an interesting conundrum was apparent to me today, when we consider the hype surrounding Chris Kyle and his legendary sniping skills, and the death of the King Abdul Aziz of Saudi Arabia. What a quandary the average American patriot must be in here, as the same establishment lionizing Kyle as a hero is simultaneously lauding one of the chief terror exporters – the Saudi regime.
If Chris Kyle is a hero, why is the establishment he fought for exalting the Saudi King? If the Saudi King is a nefarious character, then Chris Kyle fought for a corrupt administration, regardless of his personal desires and motivations.[...]
