The women allowed on the frontlines need to be over 20 years old, but those under the age limit can undergo training if they are over 17. At the camp the women learn to use various weapons, but also battle tactics, such as how to hide and how to move in the heat of combat. Training normally lasts 15 days, after which those who have completed the training receive their own weapons.
