Welcome to the 2012 HOPE not hate’s report into the Counter-Jihad movement. This report is the largest and most comprehensive survey of groups and individuals who comprise the Counter-Jihad movement to date.

The report covers the right-wing political parties, who are increasingly using anti-Muslim rhetoric to garner votes. It explores the websites and bloggers who propagate scare stories about Islam. It covers the street gangs, like the English Defence League (EDL), and the like-minded groups they inspire around Europe.

It investigates the funders and the foundations which bankroll parts of the movement. Perhaps controversially, it also includes some commentators whose insensible stridency, combined with a degree of credibility within mainstream opinion, help feed the climate of anti-Muslim hatred.

Of particular interest, it reveals some inter-connections between the different strands of this movement.

(ND) | (National Democrats)

Founded October 2001 as a breakaway from the Sweden Democrats (SD). The ND is a populist, anti-immigration, anti-Semitic and anti-Islamist party. In 2001 it ran an “Islam in Sweden – Jihad against the People’s Homes” campaign and claimed to be the first party in Sweden to warn of the dangers of Islam.

Leader: Marc Abramsson (since 2006). Abramsson was sentenced to 18 months’ imprisonment for assault and rioting in Stockholm in 2003.

(FOMI) | (Swedish Forum against Islamisation)

A blog that opposes the Islamisation of Sweden. FOMI is linked to the Sweden Democrats (SD). It describes itself as the “sister blog” to www.imittsverige.blogspot.com but now it appears defunct.

Sverigedemokraterna

(SD) | (Sweden Democrats)

Founded 6 February 1988. The SD is a populist, nationalist, anti-immigration and anti-Islamist party. It adopted an anti-Islamist stance in the late 1990s. The SD claims 6,000 members. It publishes the SD-Kuriren.

In the 2010 General Election the Swedish Democrats polled 5.7% and won 20 parliamentary seats. This was the first time they had crossed the threshold needed to win parliamentary seats.

In 2010 the Swedish Democrats hosted a meeting on the threat of Islam addressed by Alan Ayling (aka Alan Lake).

Swedish Defence League

(SDL)

Founded 2011. Members of the Swedish Defence League attended the EDL demonstration in Luton in February 2011. Several SDL supporters were at the Defence League demonstration in Århus, Denmark, in March 2012. The anti-extremist magazine Expo reported that the SDL speaker at the event, Isak Nygren, arrived alone. “The SDL appears not to be a particularly large or well organised organisation.”

The EDL leader Stephen Lennon announced at the Århus demonstration that the next Defence League demonstration would be organised by the SDL in Malmo.

Swedish Free Press Society

Founded 31 January 2012 at a meeting in Malmo attended by just over 100 people. Speaking at the event was Hans Rustad from Norway, Lars Hedegaard and Mikael Jalving from Denmark and Gunnar Sandelin and Ingrid Carlqvist from Sweden.

Also there was Swedish artist Lars Vilks, who caused an outcry amongst many Muslims after he draw a cartoon of Muhammad as a roundabout dog. There were two alleged plots to kill Vilk and in May 2010 he was assaulted while giving a lecture in Uppsala. A few days later his house was attacked and attacked by arsonists.

Lars Hedegaard riled against multiculturalism. “As we can see in city after city and country after country, multiculturalism and cultural relativity have created problems so vast that politicians no longer know how to solve them. Angela Merkel has admitted that the multicultural utopia is off the table and so have David Cameron and Nicolas Sarkozy. But if they cannot solve the problems, they can at least try to prevent people from speaking about them.

The results, said Hedegaard, was laws against ‘racism’ and ‘hate speech’.

“Some people are being punished for saying what the specifically favoured – those defined as ‘weak’ or righteous – can utter with impunity. In fact, the most favoured can say pretty much whatever they want.”

• Ekeroth was sacked as an intern at the Swedish embassy in Tel Aviv in November 2006, with Ambassador Robert Rydberg telling Haaretz: This is a very special case because of the fact that he had been active – especially on the Internet – using embassy computers to spread xenophobic, anti-immigrant and anti-Muslim propaganda.” Ekeroth disputed this claim.


• In September 2009 Ekeroth organised an anti-Islamist conference in Malmö with Alan Ayling (aka Alan Lake) giving an hour presentation on the dangers of Islam.


• In September 2011 Ekeroth attended an event in Berlin in support of the René Stadtkewitz and his new party DIE FREIHEIT (FREEDOM), a fortnight before the local elections. Also present was Geert Wilders.

Has established links with other like-minded counter-jihadist activists and political parties.

Vad har då Socialdemokratin under Stoltenberg gjort?

1. Man har varit drivande i FN för bildandet av en Palestinsk Stat.

2. Man har varit drivande för sanktioner mot Israel.

3. Norska oljefonden (Världens näst största efter PIMCO) är förbjuden att äga/handla Israeliska bolag eller bolag ägda av Israeler,av "Etiska skäl".

4. Statoil får inte göra affärer eller handla med Israelisk eller Israeliskt ägd motpart.

5. Norge drog sig ur stödet till dom Europeiska bankerna (Socialhjälp till dom rika).

6. Norge drog sig ur, och packade och åkte hem från NATO "insatsen" (ensidigt deltagande på ena sidan inkl. bombflyg) i LIBYEN när man fått klart för sig vad det gick ut på.

7. På Utöya kvällen innan massmordet pågick ett sk Pro-Palestinskt Rally/Anti Zionistiskt möte där unga socialdemokrater diskuterade utökade handelshinder mot Israel.

- Vilka dödade och sprängde Breivik och medhjälpare?

- Man sprängde Oljeministeriet som huserar Norska Oljefonden och StatOil!

- Man sprängde INTE Oslos stora Moske.....

- Man döda den unga Socialdemokratiska blivande
