Det här gäller om myndigheter världen över med USA i spetsen skall få total kontroll över nätet och dygnet om ges möjlighet att granska all världens Internetaktivitet.

USA utvecklar för närvarande enorma serverhallar med astronomisk lagringskapacitet för NSA:s och CSI:s bruk. Allt som kan registreras digitalt av myndigheterna kommer att lagras för all framtid och vid behov användas för att garantera total underkastelse av folket gentemot myndigheter.

- Elitens lydpolitiker världen över kommer att bestraffa alla och allt de ser som moraliskt förkastligt och dåligt för och sina och storföretagens affärer.

Stöder du inte ANONYMOUS nu så slipper du t ex omgående sajter som YOUTUBE och alla andra som streamar video eller musik och inte godkänts av eliten.

Alla världens bloggar, forum och sociala nätverk, typ Facebook, måste i linje med myndigheternas nuvarande agerande först godkännas av eliten för att inte svartlistas eller raderas godtyckligt.

- Yttrandefriheten på nätet är inte önskvärd för världens maktelit. De är hotade av internets möjligheter för folk att samlas och aktivera sig.

Day 6 and US Government still under Anonymous attack

Six days pass since the seizure of Megaupload.com and since the DDoS attacks using the old LOIC (Low orbit Ion Cannon) software made by anonymous back in 2010 for operation payback. This software was downloaded by thousands Worldwide as the download page shows. The latest report showed that over 27 000 computers may have take part in the attack using the LOIC soft.

The first day fbi.gov and justice.gov along with many other US entertainment websites have been the victims of the biggest attack ever in the planet. The attacks did not stop there however; France was next along with Brazil, Poland, Czech and Belgium.

The anonymous group claims that they launched the attacks in retaliation of the Megaupload bust and of course for the SOPA (Stop Online Piracy Act, PIPA (Protect IP Act, and ACTA (Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement) legislations. Under the legislation being put forward by the treaties, ISPs would be actively encouraged to monitor web users to make sure that IP infringement was not taking place. 

For the average web user it would be a catastrophic blow to privacy since the governments will be able to monitor all online users’ activities.

Even though six days passed since the first attack launched the attacks are not anywhere near stopping, today two major websites of the US government where hacked and database leaked to the public.

The irony about the last attack is that the government website involve, is a government online security website that is giving advices on security. Onguardonline.gov was hacked today by AntiSec and they threaten to hack more websites and release more databases to the public if any of the legislation above pass.

 

 

Megaupload Closure after effects
on Copyright Laws.

Fileserve follows filesonic…

The recent decision from the US to close megaupload has brought fears to similar domain owners. As legal advisor I know that when deciding a later case with similar facts the court will run to a recent ruling, which in this case will be the megaupload ruling.

If the megaupload case goes in favor of the copyright owners, all websites such as fileserve, rapidshare, filesonic will close and probably punish the owners. In fears of such decision Filesonic is the first company that reconsider its purposes and they no longer accept sharing their links.

It is quite obvious that the megaupload case will bring a lot of changes to copyright laws since the defence of no knowledge for the infringement is no longer acceptable. If this is the case then websites like youtube, veoh or videobb will close down also by the US.

Update 24-01-12

As we predict earlier the fears have now confirmed after filesonic, fileserve also will disable sharing like filesonic did. This shows the effects that megaupload will now have to the copyright laws and file sharing worldwide.
