Palestine
is now officially a member of the International War Crimes Court. That
means we could see an ICC probe into Israeli war crimes.
Last summer's
strikes on Gaza killed thousands. A UN report says over 23 hundred were
killed last year and over 17,000 injured. Israel's Protective Edge
campaign saw most of the casualties. Compare these figures to 2013-
less than 40 killed and less than 4,000 injured.
Support for Palestine
comes in many forms: from symbolic recognition across Europe to students
and stars. Joining us In the Now are Producer Steve Robertson and
Grammy-winning composer Ricki Kej who joined together with other
performers to put support behind Palestine into an album.
